In accordance with your request, I have appraised the property
legally described above also known as 7603 James Road.
The subject property is situated in a subdivision known as Lake-
wood Park which is northwest of the city of Fort Pierce. This is
a subdivision that was started over 20 years ago where lots were
sold and some houses constructed. It is approximately 209• built-
up at this time. It is a neighborhood that is considered stable
and the outlook for the future is good.
Pro ert Descri tion. The property consists of two lots each
~ av ng rontage for a total of 150' frontage and a depth of
125'. It appears that the residence constructed on Lot 20 and
r Lot 21 is vacant. The residence consists of a one story concrete
- block house with a gable roof. There•is a single car carport and
a utility room. The interior of the house has a concrete floor
covered with asphalt tile. The windows are of the jalousie type.
The heating consists of a gas heater in the hallway and there is
an air conditioning unit in the window in the living room. The
walls are not furred and plastered. The plaster is directly on
to the block and is painted. The ceiling is cathedral type through-
out the house. It has wooden beams and appears to not have any
attic space or any insulation. The house consists of a living room,
