The undersigned, as personal represaatative of the above estate alleges;
1. The decedent, i~IILLIAK CLARffiiCB BELL a/k/a CLARBNCB W. BELL, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on August 4, 1979, and Letters of Administration
pare issued to Petitioner on August 30, 1979.
2. petitioner files herepith a Final Accounting containing a complete
report of all receipts and disbursements since the cosa®encem~ent of administration
of this estate.
3. Petitioner. has fully administered this estate by mnkiag payment, settle-'
meat, or other dispositian of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying
or making provision for the payment of ail taxes and ezpenaes of administration.
4. The aouat of cbm~pensation either paid or to be paid to the personal
representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the
personal representative is sat forth in the Final Accounting, attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate ta: returns pith the Internal.
Revenue Service and pith the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, sad has
.obtained and filed xith this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this eatate~a
obligations for both federal Florida estate taws, if any.
6. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of this estate as set
forth in the Pinal Accounting attached hereto. _ ~
7. T'he only persons, other than Petitioner, having an interest in this
proceeding and their respective addresses are:
