-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of ,
1980, between ROSWELL A. CLARK, Personal Representative of the
Estate of HAZEL L. DELLA VECCHIA, deceased, party of the first •
part; and ROSWELL A. CLARK, individually, whose mailing address is
2780 Atlantic Avenue, Box 154, Melbourne Beach, Florida 32951,
party of the second part; - - -
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the proposed plan of distribution and the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
aliens,. remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,-the real property
in-St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Commencing 151.0 feet North and 30 feet West of the
Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 23, Township 35 South, Range 39 East and on
the West right-of-way of Coolidge Road and the North
right-of-way of Andrews Avenue, thence North along
the West right-of-way of Coolidge Road 139.3 feet to
the Southerly right-of-way of Sunshine State Parkway,'
thence Northwesterly along said Southerly right-of-
- way 286.03 feet, thence South 367.83 feet to the
right-of-way of Andrews Avenue aforesaid,-thence
East along the North right-of-way of Andrews Avenue
172.0 feet to the point of beginning; containing 1.0
acre, more or less.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
~ and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
