THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on April 23,
1980, upon the Defendant's Motion for Impositions of Sanctions
and Attorney's Fees, Defendant's Motion to Compel and Defendant's y
. Motion for Rehearing, and having ,heard argument of counsel

and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is accordingly
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ i

1. Defendant's Motion for Imposition of Sanctions and j
Attorney's Fees is granted and Plaintiff's pleadings herein

are stricken in their entirety with an award of attorney's ~ ~

fees to the Defendant/Counterclaimanh in the amount of $100.00. ;
Plaintiff/Counterdefendant may purge himself of any violation.

compliance therewith within ten (10) days of the date this < i
