ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Motion of
Defendants Norwell and Pettey to compel answers to questions
i
propounded at the deposition of the Plaintiff, and the Court having
reviewed the transcript of that deposition and having heard argu- f
ment of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
hereby
FINDS AND ORDERS as follows:

1. Except as noted below, Plaintiff shall give full and
complete answers to all contested questions, including but not
limited to any and all names by which she has ever been known,
specific and particular information regarding each and every
i
civil action to which she has ever been a party, specific and
particular information on each and every traffic infraction or
i
citation she has received, questions relative to her normal
work routes, where the evening prior to the incident in question
i
was spent, the specifics and particulars of her relationship and
s .
conversations with Mr. Tommy Hawkins, excepting direct questions
relating to sexual intimacy, if any, with Mr. Tommy Hawkins, and

the names and addresses of all alleged witnesses to any damage
or alleged damage suffered by the Plaintiff as a result of the

incident in question, including the names and addresses of clients
r
or ex-clients.
2. Plaintiff does not have to provide her date of birth
or social security number unless Defendants encounter difficulties
investigating Plaintiff and the aforementioned information becomes
