necessary to complete their investigation.
3. That the Plaintiff's places of residence. and relationship
with Mr. Tommy Hawkins may be explored by Defendants, as noted in

paragraph 1 above, for only a two year period prior to May 2,-1979.
4. That the refusal of Plaintiff to provide full and complete ~
answers to the contested questions herein concerned may result in
sanctions, including but not limited to, the striking of claimed
items of damage or entire pleadings.

the subsequent deposition of Plaintiff, to be taken in the future,
shall be sealed inasmuch as it is apparent that sensitive material
is involved.

6. The Court hereby reserves ruling on the application of
Defendants for attorneys' fees and costs involved in compelling
answers to the contested inquiries and the taking of a subsequent
and future deposition of Plaintiff.
