COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ) -
In Re: Lot 10, Block 1, CRAMERS ADDITION, together
with the West 5 feet of vacated alley adjacent
on East, according to the plat thereof, recorded ~
in Plat Book 2, pagel0a, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
BEFORE ME, an officer duly authori2ed in the State aforesaid
and in the County aforesaid, to take acknowledgements, personally appeared
Jeffrey A. Douglass who being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:

1. That _~_has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
2. That ~g_ has been will acquainted with FRANCIS C. McLOCKLIN z_
and IRENE J. McLOCKLIN, for years.
3. That on or about December 7, 1977 ~ Francis C. McLocklin and
Irene J. McLocklin fob a business enterprise known as~RAINBOW ENTERPRISES. s
4. That on December 7,1 977, JEFFREY ALOEN DOUGLASS executed a Warranty
Deed to RAINBOW ENTERPRISES, as shown of record in Official Records
Book 282, page 2666 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. That on December 7, 1977 BRENDA E. DOUGLASS, executed a quit-
claim deed to RAINBOW ENTERPRISES, as shown of record in Official
Records Book 282, page 2665 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
6. In an attempt to correct the erroneous vesting of the above described
~ property in RAINBOW ENTERPRISES, various corrective deeds were prepared
and executed, as shown in Official Records Book 319, pages 1496 and
1497, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

7. That_ Francis C. McLocklin and Irene J. McLockl~in, were, at the
time of forming the business known as RAINBOW ENTERPRISES, and are
at this time, the only parties having any interest in said RAINBOW
ENTERPRISES.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
