SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That~Babcock Building Supply,
Inc., a Corporation, the owner and holder of a certain Judgment in that
cause wherein Babcock Building Supply, Inc., a Corporation was Plaintiff
and Franke De Thomas Construction, Inc., a Florida Corporation, d/b/a
Independent Pools was Defendant, does hereby acknowledge full payment
and satisfaction of such Judgment rendered by the County Court in and
for Indian River County, Florida, and known as Civil Action No.
18-337-SP, recorded on the 7th day of June, 1978, in the sum of X698.87
damages and X24.00 costs, said Judgment being recorded in Official
Records Book 292, Page 823, Public Records of -Indian River County,
Florida. And the undersigned does hereby consent that the same shall be
j satisfied of record. _ `
