Dear Mr. Sd~opp:
This letter will confirm that Citi~.ens Federal will allay the addition
of Ms. Marti R. Gaorey to the title of tk~e above described property, which
is alcunbered by the mortgage recorded at O.R.-Book 313, Pages 1~?92 and 1493,
in the Public Regards of St. 111Cle Caaity, Florida, on July 27, 1979.
Citizens Federal will not exercise paragraph 17 of the uniform mortgage
~ oovenamts on this particular transaction. The waiver of said covenaYit is
far the sole purpose of adding Ms. Marti R. Gaorey to the title of said
property with Ms. Joan E. Snouffer, also remaining.on file title; and Ms.
Goorey's interest in the property must be subject to the mortgage. Ali other
mortgage covenants remain in full force and the waiver of paragraph 17 in
this transaction in m way represents a waiver on futt~e carveyances.
We feel this letter should be sufficient far yon p~poses. If you have
