CONDOMINYUM SPECIAL WARRAN DEED
THIS INDENTUR$, made this 10 day of April

1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to ae
"Grantor"), and Robert L. White and Doris A. White, his wife
whose post office address is 20 Stone Fence Rd., Allendale, N.J. 07401
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's-heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in. Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
