There is no prepayment penalty in regard to the Note secured

Mortgagor has no right to sell or assign his rights, title
or interest in this Mortgage.
If Mortgagor assigns his right, title or interest in this
Mortgage without the written consent of the Mortgagee, then the
unpaid principal balance and accrued interest shall become all
due and payable.
