5. Ali agreements, covenants, conditions, zestrictions,

reservations and easements of record, if any, which may now affect
the afore-described property. ~
- TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described

premises, with the .appurtenances, unto_the said Grantee, his heirs -
and assigns, to his own proper -use;: benefit--and behoof forever, -
