THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of April
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant 0

(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantor, for and in-consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 1203 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront
o Condominium II, recorded in Official Record Book 327,-
pages 1684 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County,
o moo Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together

~ d to such Unit and all other appurtenances to such Unit as

z Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,

hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply .with

contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not

limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Cha ter 718 of the Florida Statutes)-which may be levied against the

This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
