this Condominium in accordance with the above-described Declaration of Condo- minium are "Common Expenses" of this Condominium as provided for in said Declaration of Condominium. This conveyance is made subject to the following: 1. Real Estate taxes for the year 19 80 and subsequent years; 2. Applicable zoning regulations and ordinances; 3.
