CONDOMINIUM SPECIAL•WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of ~ April
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor"), and Miriam V. Morris
whose post office address is 10705 s.w. 69th ct. , Miami, Florida 33156
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"). ~
W I T N E S S E T H
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 1502 in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, according
to the Declaration cSf Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront
°0 Condominium II, recorded in Official Record Book 327,

Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"), together

~ v with an undivided share in the Common Elements appurtenant

Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with .
alI of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and
contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the
above-described unit.
This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances; privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth 3
