and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in the name of
and on behalf of said trust.
~he~it, are fully authorized per Article VD, paragraphs 16 and 17 of said
trust to contract on behalf of said trust for any services and to collect any and all
monies due to said trust for any services rendered as outlined under the Internal
Revenue Code Section 61.
Under the Statutory provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, the
.C., o nt G `t R u S , in the performances of contracted labor
done on behalf of said trust by any designated agent/employee, is not subject to
Federal withholding, State withholding or the withholding of Social Security from the
gross amount due said trust.
Any amount paid directly to and in the name of the designated agent and/or any
amounts withheld will be subject to the Claim of Right doctrine of the Internal
Revenue Code Section 1341 and 1342. And as such, any individual, company or ~
corporation retaining said amount shall be subject to the filing of a Complaint against
him, individually and in the name of the company, under the applicable State Statutes
governing at the time and/or Titles 18 and 26 of the U.S. Code.
