Debtor's interest under a proprietary lease between OCEAN RESORTS
CO-OP, INC., as Lessor and Debtor as Lessee in Campsite No. in
BRYN MAWR OCEAN RESORTS, a campsite cooperative situate on, certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
The South 1000 feet of that part of Government Lot 3, Section
].1, Townships 34 South, Range 40 East as measured along the
East right-of-way of State Road A-1-A and lying East of said
right~of-M ay; Together with all of that property Iying South
. of a line running from East to West from the Atlantic Ocean
~o the Indian River 3828.75 feet South of and parallel to the
North line of Sections. 9, 10 and lI, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, and lying West of the West right-of-way of State Road
