encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office
or some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2)The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due hereunder, on an estoppel form pro-
vided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3)This is a second tortgage.
