hereby stricken from the trial calender of April 30, 1980, to be
reset upon proper notice of the parties; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that this matter shall be and it is
hereby consolidated with Case No. 79-518-CA in the Circuit Court,
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie~County, Florida.
