Dismiss filed by the Defendant, CLIMATROL FLORIDA CORPORATION, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel, reviewed the file and
being otherwise fully and well advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that Count I does not pertain to
the Defendant, CLIMATROL FLORIDA CORPORATION, but does pertain to
BUSH POOLS & PRECAST, INC.; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss
shall be and it is hereby denied.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fora Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
