Come naw the Plaintiffs, FRANKLIN A. HARRIS. and VALERIE V.
HARRIS, his wife, by and through their undersigned attorneys,
pursuant to Rule 1.420(a)(1)., FRCP, and file this Notice
of their dismissal of the above entitled case, and the discharge of
the Notice of Lis Pendens filed herein and recorded in O. R. Book
325, page 2368 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
all without prejudice.
. As apart of this voluntary dismissal, Plaintiffs stipulate
and agree that any and all sums paid into the Registry of this
Court by the Defendant herein, Clifford G. Royer, by reason of
the above-styled cause may be returned to the defendant, Clifford G.
Royer .
