THIS CAUSE having come to be heard upon the Motion
I'i of the Plaintiff to Quash the Writ of Replevin entered herein.
and release the equipment picked up thereunder and now
being held by Ken Roberts Towing and the Court having con-

sidered same it is thereupon
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon the voluntary Motion

~ of the Plaintiff the Writ of Replevin entered herein on April 30,
1980, is hereby quashed and Ken Roberts Towing is hereby authorized
to release said equipment to the Plaintiff and Defendant.
