Inc., recorded in Official Record Book.-327 , at page 1742 , public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, .and all instruments therein
referred to; -
5. Ali agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if any, which may=now affect
the afore-described property. .
TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described

and assigns, to his own proper use;=benefit-and behoof forever,
