ORDER
This cause came on for hearing before me on the Defen-
dants' motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of -
action and the Court having considered argument by counsel
for the parties and the Court being fully advised in the
-premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' motion to dismiss
is hereby granted and the Complaint filed herein is dismissed,
with leave to the Plaintiffs to amend within ten (lOj days
of the date hereof and Defendants shall have ten (10) days
to plead to the Amended Complaint.
