OF
LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ARTS BOILDING, A CONDOMINIUM
In accordance with Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes
and. Article VIII of the Declaration of Condominium of LAWNWOOD
MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Official
Records Book 290, Page 1627 of the Offical Records of St. Lucie

County, Florida, the undersigned do hereby. certify that at a
meeting of the Unit Owners of LAWNWOOD .MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, A
CONDOMINIUM, held on the 30th day of Aprii , 1980, at the

office of LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., located at

2215 Nebraska Avenue, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
more than 65 votes of the voting members of said Condominium
approved the following amendments to Article XVI of the said
Declaration of Condominium:
1. The present Paragraph D of Article XVI is
renumbered as Paragraph E.
2. There is added to Article XVI a new Paragraph D,
inserted prior to Paragraph E as renumbered in accordance with
Paragraph 1 next above, which said Paragraph D shall read as
j follows:
• D. (1) Other language in this Declaration of
Condominium to the contrary notwithstanding, provided that the
Board of Directors of the Association shall first approve, which
approval shall. be in recordable form although its recordation is
not a condition precedent to its validity, the owners of adjacent
and abutting units may make doors or entranceways~in, or may
F remove entirely or in part, the partitions between such units and
use all or part or parts of one unit in conjunction with all or ~
part or parts of another unit, as one office or office complex,
and in connection therewith may relocate and otherwise modify
plumbing, electrical and other utilities and service facilities
and arrangements.

The Association's Board of Directors shall not .approve
such changes unless and until there shall have been delivered to
said Board, at no expense to said Association, the certificate of
a structural engineer then currently licensed under applicable E
~ Florida law, to the effect that such changes constitute no
material decrease in load-bearing ability, or other material risk
~ to the structural integrity, of the building or any part thereof,
s and that no decrease in utility service to any Unit Owner- will
result from carrying out said changes. }
