RELEASE OF EASEMENT 4'~5~~
For and in consideration of One Dollar (51.00) and other ~
good and valuable considerations, the receipt~of which is hereby
acknowledged, AMERICAN TELEPHONE ANO TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a New
York corporation, hereby releases and relinquishes unto MELVIN M.
BIALBCKand MARY SALZMAN and their successors and assigns in title
with respect to the real property hereinafter described, the
easement rights, privileges and authorities granted to it under
. that certain instrument executed by The Robbins and Graham Co.,
dated March 9, 1926, as recorded in Misc. Book 4, Page 518, of
the records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The said property hereby
released from said easement is described as follows to-wit:
Lots 43 and 44 of HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION, as
per the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7,
Page 43, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
In Witness Whereof, American Telephone and Telegraph
Company, pursuant to authority granted by its Board of Directors,
has caused these presents to be executed this ~L day of
