Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MARY G. 8LLS4iORTH, who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she and her husband, Merle J. 811sworth were the owners
of a mortgage given by James A. Taylor and Patricia Taylor,
his wife to Merle J. Sllaworth and Mary G. Bllsworth, his wife,
bearing date the 27th day of May, 1968, filed in O.R. Book 172,
page 297, securing the sum of $33,000.00 upon the following
described property, to-wit:
Lots 1 through 8 and Lots 15 through 18 of Block 1 of
BUHLMAN SUBDIVISION, in Section 3, Township 36 South,
flange 40 Bast, according to a plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 9 at page 55 of the public records of Saint
Lucie County, Florida, TOGBT~B WITH the Bast 45 feet
of U.Q. No. #1 Highway (South Fourth Street) as shown
_ on the plat of said RUHI.MAN SUBDIVISION adjoining on
the West end of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 1 as recorded
in Plat Book 9, at page SS of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. That she and the said Merle J. Bllsworth were married prior
to May 27, 1968 and the said marriage continued without

date of his death.
