RECEIPT OF DEPOSITORY
Indian River Federal Savings & Loan Association, as depository
for funds received by Diana Durham, guardian of Nathanial Nickerson,
a minor, subject to the provisions of Florida Statute 69.031,
acknowledges receipt of~the sum of $6,7.50.00 which is now being
jheld by said bank as depository in Deposit as follows:
Ii $6,000.00 in Certificate of Deposit
750.00 in Regular Savings Passbook Accaalt
Bank further .acknowledges that as depository it will continue
holding said funds in its Time Deposits or similar interest-bearing
accounts subject to the instructions of the guardian as authorized
by Order of the Court. .Bank specifically acknowledges that no
withdrawals or disbursements shall be made from that portion of the
ifunds being held for Nathanial Nickerson, a minor, except as authoriz

'by specific Order of the Court. Interest earned from the guardianshi

~ portion of these funds on deposit shall be placed in a Passbook
Account and held in a manner similar to the funds.
