payment of all attorney's fees and all costs incurred by the
Former Wife and her counsel in this cause. The payment of
the sum of $5,500 shall obviate the necessity for a subsequent
independent hearing as shown on the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage executed by Circuit Judge G. Kendall
Sharp, April 11, 1979. Payment due 30 days from the date hereof. }
6. This stipulated Order shall represent a full '
and final determination of all issues and matters before 4
this Court in this cause.
~7. Any and all other provisions-of the Final
Judgment entered in this cause and the agreement between the
parties as ratified by said Final Judgment not herein
modified, amended, or superceded shall remain in full force
and effect and are incorporated herein by reference.
