FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the loth day of April, 1980, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the ~

relation of Husband and i~life now exists between the parties; and `that the .marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between EVA MAE FLOWERS
and WILLARD WAYNE FLOWERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~
existing between them and .from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of KIMBERLY JO FLOWERS, the minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, EVA MAE FLOWERS, with reasonable visitation j
rights reserved to the Husband, WILLARD WAYNE FLOWERS.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 18th day of April, 1980, the Husband, #

WILLARD WAYNE FLOWERS, shall pay to the Wife, EVA MAE FLOWERS, the sum of $30.00 ~
'each and every week, for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~
remitted promptly to the Wife,.Ei1A MAE FLOWERS. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made j
to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.

4. PROPERTY: The Husband is ordered to return any personal items
