The Wife is granted sole possession of the marital residence
located at 1216 Ormond Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, presently titled in the
Wife's sole name; and the Wife is hereby required to pay the mortgage payments
on the marital residence and to hold the Husband harmless from the same. The
Wife is also required to pay the property taxes, insurance and maintenance on
said marital residence and to hold the Husband harmless from the same.
The Wife is granted all right, title and interest in and to
the 1972 Volkswagon Bus and the Husband is hereby ordered to execute any documents
necessary to accomplish title in the Wife's sole name. "
The Husband is granted all right, title and interest in and to
the 1969 Volkswagon Bug and the Wife is hereby ordered to execute any documents
necessary to accomplish title in the Husband's sole name.
5. MARITAL DEBTS: The Wife shall pay and hold harmless the Husband
from the following debts: J C PENNYS, and the SEARS ~ ROEBUCK charge account in
the name of the Wife.
The Husband shall pay and hold harmless the Wife from the following
debts: MASTER CHARGE, VISA and the SEARS 6 ROEBUCK charge account~in the name of
• the Husband.
6. SPECIAL EQUITY: It is hereby determined that the Husband has
a special equity which he has acquired in the marital residence presently titled
'i in the Wife.'s name and located at 1216 Ormond Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, by
reason of the improvement in the form of a residential addition to the residence,

and that said equity has a value of $1,300.00; and further, that the Wife shall
4 pay the Husband the sum of $1,300.00 for said equity within six (6) months from

the date of this Final Judgment. It is hereby determined that the Husband has

no other interests in said real estate other than this $1,300.00 equity as above
stated.
7. FEES AND COSTS: Each of the parties are hereby ordered to pay

and be responsible for their awn attorneys fees and costs incurred in this action.

8. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
a
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
9. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto ,
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
