HomeMy WebLinkAbout3005 • J ~~sss2 l3 OPTION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made this ~-ISL day of 1980, by and between JOAN C. ASAPH, hereinafter called the "Seller", and RONALD P.. WHITLEY and PATRICIA B. WHITLEY, his wife, hereinafter l called ttie "Buyers" . That in consideration of the covenants herein contained, on the part of the said Seller and Buyers to be kept and performed by the parties, and in consideration of the sum of TWO THOUSAND t i DOLLARS ($2,000.00) paid by the Buyers to the Seller, the Seller does hereby grant to the Buyers the exclusive right and option to purchase on or before One (1) year from the date hereof, on the } following terms and conditions, that real property in St. Lucie j County, State of r'lorida, described as follows: Lot 16, Block 244, Port St. Lucie; Section 6, a/k/a 507 Marydale Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida. I The t'ull purchase price of the property is $65,000.00, which amount shall be payable as hereinafter provided if the f Buyers elect to exercise this option. j If the Buyers purchase the property described in this E option and under the terms and conditions hereof, the consider- 3 4 ~ ation in the amount of Two THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) shall be applied to the purchase price. In addition, the Buyers agree to place another TEN THOU- SAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) towards the purchase price upon the exercise or this option. ~ Tne balance of the purchase price of $53,000.00 shall be paid in the following manner: f A.
