by grants, bargains, sells, aliens. remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee -all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

thereof recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 54 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE
If all or any part of the property is sold or transferred
by the mortgagor without Bailey's prior written consent
(except for a transfer by devise, descent or death of a
joint tenant), Bailey may at Bailey's option declare all
