'This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of

3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-I,a~as and Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes die obligations of a
member of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties
hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all die premises hereby
conveyed against all and every person(s) u~iuomsoever,~lawfully claiming by, through
or under the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
