SUBJECT to zoning regulations and other restrictions, prohibitions or regulations
imposed by governmental authorities, and subject to restrictions, reservations,
- limitations, and conditions of record.
SiIBJEGT to the right, title or interest, if any, of the public to use any portion
of the property seaward~of the most inland f the natura~--l~ne of vegetation or
the most exterior high water line or the bu~khead line established by appropriate
governmental authority or any other line which may be legally established as
relating to public use.

A AND ACCEPTANCE BY GRANTEE
Gtantee, by acceptance and execution of this deed, acknowledges that this con-
veyance is subject in every respect to said Declaration of Condominium and exhibits
thereto (and amendments, addendums and/or supplements to said Declaration and said
exhibits), including, but not limited to, the said Membership agreement (anti'amendments,
addendums and/or supplements thereto). Grantee acknowledges that each and every pro-
vision of the aforementioned documents and all maintenance and management of OCF.ANA
OCEANFRONT OONDOMINIUM ONE as a residential condominium of the highest standards, and
Grantee, for and on behalf of himself, his heirs and assigns,_agrees to abide by all the
terms of said documents. -
Grantee hereby expressly ratifies and confirms the execution of said Membership '
Agreement (and any amendments, addendums and/or supplements thereto) by OCEANA OF
HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC., on behalf of Grantee herein and other grantees of apartments
in the Condorminium and further ratifies and confirms the execution of said Membership
Agreement(and any amendments, addendim~s and/or supplements thereto by Oceana P.ecreation
Association, Inc.).
