CHARLES R. FITZPATRICK being duly sworn, deposes and Bays:
1. That he la the President of the LAKSMOOD PAAK PROPSRT'Y
OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., anon-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the. Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdiviaior~, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, ::aid Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 222 ~ page 1310 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Flori as -
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since Qaid arrearage
has now been paid:
Lot 5 Block 49 Unit 5
in the name of : Ella Hicks
and now held in the name o~: Mr & Mrs Wm. Striven
