PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a
Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded
in Official Record Book 300, pages 20$1 through 2097, inclusive,
public records of- St. Lucie County,'Florida, for good and valuable
consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby on this 29th day of April - 1980, releases from
the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as: -
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit
No. 817 , and an undivided 1/47 share in those
common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions,
restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS
- CONDOMINIUM 8, as recorded in Official Record
Book 327, page 25?6, and as amended in Official -
Record Book 327, page 2640, all in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part
of the property described in that .mortgage.
