BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared this day,
VINCE STRATFORD, who, being first duly sworn, says:
That my name is VINCE STRATFORD and that I am the president of the i.

Board of Directors of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMINIUM, a corpo= ~
ration not for profit, organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, and that as such officer, I am duly authorized to make this
Claim of Lien. .
That the aforesaid corporation is the association responsible for the
operation of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, A CONDOMINIUM, as provided in the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 168, page 1348, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and amendments thereto.
That this is a Claim of Lien for special assessments passed December.
15, 1979, by the Board of Directors as provided for in the Declaration of
Condominium as follows:
