SHERMAN M. WILDER, Husband,

PATRICIA C. WILDER, Wife.
ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for the hearing this 8th day of May,
1980, upon the written Stipulation between the parents and the
parties agreeing that the permanent custody and control of the
minor child, JOSEPH W..WILDER, should be changed from the mother
to the father, and that the provision for child support previously
contained in that Final Judgment entered in this cause on November
30., 1977 should be eliminated, and the Court further being fully
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment in this cause
previously entered on November 30, 1977, be and the same is
hereby modified and changed to provide that the permanent custody
and control of the minor child, JOSEPH W. WILDER, be and the
same is hereby awarded to the father, SHERMAN M. WILDER, and

said Final Judgment is further modified by providing that
PATRICIA C. WILDER shall have the right to see and visit said
minor child and to have said minor child visit with her at all
reasonable times and places and further said Final Judgment is _
modified by eliminating paragraph (3) which required support
in the amount of $20.00 a week to be paid to PATRICIA C. WILDER
for the support of said minor child and all other provisions
contained in said Final Judgment shall remain the same.
DONE AND ORDERED ,in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida this day of. May 1980.
