WALTER JOSEPH OSUCH, Husband
and
PATRICIA ANN OSUCH, Wife
ORDER AMENDING FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on to be heard on May 8, 1980 upon the
Stipulation between the parties hereto and their respective
counsel of record, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That paragraph 3 of the Final Judgment entered in
this cause on April 1, 1977 be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"3. SUPPORT. Commencing Friday, May 2, 1980. the
Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $40 each week
for the support and maintenance of the minor children
hereinabove named. Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the
E Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.

"In addition, the Husband shall be responsible for

g and pay onehalf of all medical and dental bills for
said children not covered by the insurance now maintained

~ by the Wife, until each child reaches the age of 18 years."
