THIS ACTION was heard on the Motion to Dismiss for LGck
f Prosecution of the Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment filed
y the Husband, ROY C. STEWART. The Court finds that it does
of affirmatively appear from the filing of pleadings, order
f Court or otherwise for a period of one year before the
erving of the Motion to Dismiss that the action is being
rosecuted, so
IT IS ADJUDGED that the Husband's Motion to Set_Aside
final Judgment is dismissed for lack of prosecution, that the
final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage entered in this cause
n November 28, 1978 by Circuit Judge Wallace Sample is
ffirmed and is in full force and effect, and that the Husband
ROY C. STEWART, go hence without day.
