DOROTHY JEAN SANCHEZ, ) a/k/a DOROTHY JEAN BOREN, ii ~ ) ~ Defendant. i! ) i i FINAL JUDGMENT OF ANNULMENT ~ s i This cause came on for final hearing April 25, 1980, upon the complaint for annulment, and a default having been regularly : entered by the clerk of this court upon defendant's failure to answer or otherwise plead, and defendant having been personally served process and the court having heard the testimony of ~ ` ROBERTO SANCHEZ, plaintiff, and being otherwise fully advised, finds and determines: 1. MARRIAGE. The parties were purportedly married on March 10, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida. The court finds on the evidence presented that there was no cohabitation between the j parties and that the marriage was entered into without intention of consummating the marriage by cohabitation.. ' f 2. PROCESS. The defendant was personally served process on April 1, 1980, and a default was properly entered by the clerk of thiscourt against the defendant. 3. JURISDICTION. This court has jurisdiction of the par- ties and the subject matter of this action. 4.~ CHILDREN. There was one child born to the defendant during the term of the purported marriage. The plaintiff is de- clared not to be the putative father of this child. r 5. CUSTODY.
