THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this ~~1~

parties of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, to them in hand
paid by the parties-of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St.Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit: -
Lot 3, Bloak 1552, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION THIRTY,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 14, Pages 10 and l0A through 10I, of the Public
Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, limitations
and easements of record, if any, and to taxes for

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said parties of the
second part, heirs and assigns, in as full and ample manner as
the same was possessed or enjoyed by the decedent in her lifetime,
but without warranty, express or implied, on the part of the
parties of the first part.
