Broward County, Florida, do make, publish and declare this o; ct~
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other ='3_-,

A. I direct that all expenses of my last illness, funera~ s
and interment; all costs, fees and expenses of administration,
including ancillary administration, if any; all monies advanced
by any person for my benefit-or the benefit of my estate, either
before or after the beginning of administration, and all legally
enforceable debts and claims against-my estate, shall be paid by -
my Executor as soon as practicable after my death. In paying my
aforesaid lawful debts my Executor, however, shall not use any
assets of my estate which may be exempt from the claims of
creditors under the provisions of the Homestead Exemption Laws

of the State of Florida in existence at the date of my death.

r In the discretion of my Executor, any or all of the-same may be
paid without requiring the filing of formal proofs thereof.

B. All inheritance, estate and succession taxes payable by--~
reason of my death shall be paid by my Executor out of and be
charged against the principal of my residuary estate, without
reimbursement from any person. -
ARTICLE II
A. I give and bequeath all of my household furnishings and
goods, clothing, personal effects, jewelry, automobiles, and all
