.death together with insurance policies pertaining thereto, except
cash on hand, to my children to be divided among themselves as
they may agree within ninety (90) days from the date of my
death.
B. If any-of the' aforesaid legatees have not agreed upon
the division of the aforesaid personal property within ninety
(90.) days from the date of my death, the property shall be divided _
as equally as practicable between the aforesaid legatees by my
Executor in accordance with its sole judgment and discretion.
• C. If any of said legatees shall be under the age of twenty-
one (21) years on the date of my death, then the guardian of the,
persons of such legatees may make the selection of the aforesaid
personal property for and on behalf of any such legatees
under the age of twenty-one (21) years.
ARTICLE III
I am the owner and beneficiary of the following described
insurance policies on the life of Thomas A. Ballantyne, Jr.:
Franklin Life Insurance Co.,~policy No. 1244314;
Franklin Life Insurance Co., policy No. 1134379;
and
Provident Mutual Life Insurance Co. policy No. 1124251.
~ In the event of my death prior to the death of the said named•
insured, and if I am the owner of any or all of the above-
listed policies on the date of my death, said policies shall
• become a part of my residuary estate and pass under ArticleV
below and my Executor and my Trustee, if the policies are assigned
to said Trustee, may exercise any rights with respect to said
policies as they, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate
pursuant to powers hereinafter granted them.
