the issue of each deceased child of mine and the share so
allocated shall be paid to such issue then living, such issue
shall take per stirpes, in equal shares outright subject~to
provisions of Article VII below.
8. If I have no children or issue living on the date `
of my death, then my aforesaid residuary estate to the issue
of my sisters, KATHLEEN W. SENN, RUTH W. FAUDE and ALTA W.
STUMPF, living on the date of my death, per stirpes.
ARTICLE V
Prior to the distribution of my estate, my Executor,
without any order of court or permission of any person and
without liability for so doing, may pa-g to or for the benefit of my
children living during the period of probate whatever portion
of net income or principal of my estate my Executors, in their
sole discretion deem necessary or desirable for my children's
comfortable care, education, medical care, support, maintenance .
and recreation.
ARTICLE VI _
With respect to the trust established for each of my
~ living children (hereinafter referred to as. beneficiary)
~ under Article IV above, my Trustees are directed as follows:
A. My Trustees during .the time that the beneficiary
• shall be under the age of twenty-one (21) years, shall expend
for the benefit-of such beneficiary so much of the net income
and principal of the trust as may be necessary from time to
time to provide for the beneficiary's proper care,- support,
maintenance, education and recreation; my Trustees to have the
