trust. My Trustees shall allocate one such equal share to
the issue of eache~deceased child of mine and shall pay such
share to such issue then living, such issue taking, per
stirpes, in equal shares subject to Article Vii below. If,
however, I have no children or issue then living, then the
balance of the aforesaid principal and accumulated income shall
be paid to the issue of my sisters, KATHLEEN W. SENN, RUTH
W. FAUDE and ALTA W. STUMPF, living on the date of my death,
per stirpes.
ARTICLE VII
Where any share of my estate is to be distributed to a
beneficiary who is at the date of such distribution under the
age of twenty-one (21) years, or who is then legally incompetent,
such share shall vest in interest in said beneficiary indefeasibly,
but my Trustee hereafter named shall hold it as a separate trust
until such beneficiary attains the age of twenty-one (21) years,
~ or is declared competent, in the meantime using for his benefit
'r so much of the income and principal as the Trustee may determine
to be reasonably required, in addition to his other income from
~ all sQprces known to my Trustee for his comfortable support and
education, adding any excess income to principal at the discretion
of the Trustee. My Trustee either may expend any income or
'principal directly, or may pay it over to the beneficiary or for
his use to either of his parents or to his guardian, or to any
person with whom he is residing without responsibility for its
l expenditure.
