ARTICLE IX
it is the express condition of the Trust herein created,
controlling over all other provisions hereof, that the duration
of any Trust hereunder, in no event, shall continue for a period
longer than the lives of all persons who are beneficiaries
hereof who may be living on the date of my death, and twenty-one
(21) years thereafter, at the end of which time the trust estate,
in its entirety, shall be paid or distributed outright to the
person of persons then entitled to receive the income from said.
Trust or Trusts, and in the same proportion to which they are
entitled to receive said income, or to have it accumulated
for their benefit. Additionally, the Trust may be terminated
at the discretion of the Trustee or Trustees, should the
valuation of the total assets of the•Trust at any time equal
Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars or less.
ARTICLE X.
Without undertaking to distinguish between the duties and
powers of my Executor and Trustee and by way of illustration and
~ not limitation of their powers, I hereby authorize my Executor '
~ ~ and Trustee as follows:
A. To sell at public or private sale, at such prices and
' upon such terms of credit or otherwise as it shall deem best, the
whole or any part of my real or personal property, and to execute
and deliver deeds and other proper instruments of conveyance
thereof to the purchaser; or purchasers, all without notice to
o r permission of any person and without order of any court.
~ No purchaser from my Executor need see to the application of the
purchase money to or for the purposes of the estate, but-the
receipt of my Executor shall be complete discharge and acquittance
therefor.
