_ 8. Without liability, to retain any security or other '
property, real or personal, owned by me at the time of my death
for such period of time as it, in its sole judgment, should
- deem advisable.
C. To pay, or receive payment, compromise or otherwise
settle any claims, including taxes, in favor of or against me

or my estate.
D. To collect rents and other proceeds from my real estate,
pay mortgages thereon and make such repairs thereto as it may
deem proper; to lease the real estate for such rental ani
on such terms and conditions as it may deem proper, whether
• beyond the period of the administration of my estate or not,
all without the necessity of obtaining leave of any court.
E. My Trustee shall have all the powers, rights, authority,
and protection granted under the Uniform Trust Administration -
Laws, Florida Statutes, Chapter 691, Part I, the Uniform
Principal and Income Law, Florida Statutes, Chapter 690 and
the laws of Florida, relating to investments of fiduciary funds,
Florida Statutes, Chapter 518, as said laws now exist as of the
date of the execution of this Will, whether or not same shall
be in effect at the time of my-death or during the continuation

of the Trusts hereunder.

v F. The Trustee shall not be required to make physical
division of the funds except when necessary for distribution of

~ ~ principal as aforesaid, but may, in its discretion, keep the
Trusts in one or more consolidated funds, accounting for the

shall not defer the vesting of title or possession of any benefits.
