to them either under the terms of any policies of insurance
- held hereunder or by arrangement with any of the insurance
companies involved,-each and every option and privilege existing •
by virtue of the terms and provisions of said .policies or by
virtue of any such arrangement; and to delay making claim for
the proceeds of any policy for such period as in the judgment
of all of the trustees may be necessary or desirable in order
that they may decide whether or not to make an election or an
option provided by a policy or to arrive at an extracontractual
• arrangement with the insurance company or companies involved.
ARTICLE XI
A. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sister,
ALTA W. STUMPF, and THE BROWARD NATIONAL BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE,
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Co-Executors of this, my Last
Will and Testament. In the event my said sister should predecease
me or die during the course of the administration of my estate,
or be unable or refuse to act as my Co-Executor, then in that
event, THE BROWARD NATIONAL BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE, Fort
~ Lauderdale, Florida, shall act as sole Executor.
B. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sister,

V ALTA W. STUMPF, and THE BROWARD NATIONAL BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE,
f ~ Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Co-Trustees of the trusts established
• under this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event my sister,
ALTA W. STUMPF,•should predecease me or die during the course

of the administration of my estate, or be unable or refuse

to act as my Co-Trustee, then in that event THE BROWARD NATIONAL
BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, shall act
as sole Trustee.
C. A successor Executor or Trustee shall r_ot be liable for
any action taken by the Executor or Trustee prior to the time
